Instead of having the picture stored on the ugolog site. The pictures can be sent to my flickr account with a specific tag:security. That way people can sign up for your service and get unlimited storage on flickr.

make the updated times to be my time-zone

I'm in the UK and the updated times are 8 hours ahead. Would be better if the updated times were adjusted to the person's selected time-zone.

Allow me to adjust motion detection sensitivity and for each camera

For most webcam software, this means 2 sliders: One for how large of an area needs to change to tigger, and one for how much the colors need to change (to account for grainy cameras).

It would also be super nice to be able to define an area of the picture to ignore, like a large tree that might trigger in the wind.

Philips WDM Drivers not supported, the program report an error problem with the name because start with the name "7". Thanks.
